I am the General Manager of People Experience at Sharesies and bring 15 years of HR experience from both New Zealand and the UK. I am a strong believer in designing experiences with people at the centre, whether in employment or a sporting context. I also spent five years at New Zealand Rugby working in women's rugby development, and I am passionate about creating opportunities for those who might not typically have access. I whakapapa to Te Aupōuri in the Far North was born and raised in Wellington, and live with my husband and two dogs.

I have been an active participant in a wide variety of sports for as long as I can remember. I have been involved in everything from working, umpiring, refereeing, playing, managing, and coaching sports, and I want to continue giving back to a system that has benefited me so much, in a different capacity.
